C.J. Bah & Junior Ngoran: The Foundation of L&R Sports Agency
Every structure has a beginning. Every vision has its first believers. For L&R Sports Agency, that foundation was built through two young athletes who made the bold decision to leave everything familiar behind in pursuit of something greater: C.J. Bah and Junior Ngoran.
Both players represent the earliest chapter of the agency’s journey — not just as athletes, but as symbols of sacrifice, belief, and ambition.
Leaving Home to Chase a Dream
C.J. Bah and Junior Ngoran both made the difficult decision to leave their families, their comfort zones, and the places they called home. They stepped away from familiarity to pursue an even bigger goal: competing at the highest level of high school basketball in the United States.
That transition is never easy. It requires maturity, discipline, and a level of courage that goes beyond basketball. But both athletes embraced the challenge.
From adjusting to new environments, to competing against top-tier talent, they committed fully to the process of growth.
Competing at the Highest Level
Once in the United States, both athletes quickly proved they belonged.
In high school and across the AAU circuit, C.J. Bah and Junior Ngoran made their presence felt through consistent performances, competitiveness, and a willingness to embrace big moments. Their games reflected not just talent, but adaptability — the ability to grow within high-level systems and produce under pressure.
Their impact went beyond individual statistics. They brought energy, competitiveness, and identity to every team they joined.
Representing Ivory Coast with Pride
Both athletes carried something bigger than themselves — the pride of Ivory Coast.
Representing the +225, C.J. Bah and Junior Ngoran showed that Ivorian talent can compete, adapt, and excel on international stages. Their journeys helped open doors and inspire belief that the pathway from Côte d’Ivoire to elite basketball opportunities in the United States is not only possible — it is real.
A Special Note on Junior Ngoran
Junior Ngoran’s rise has since reached national recognition, earning him a 5-star ranking and Top 10 status in the United States. While he is no longer part of L&R Sports Agency, his early development and journey remain an important part of the agency’s foundation story.
His path from Abidjan to high-level competition in the U.S. reflects the type of trajectory L&R Sports Agency was built to create and support.
Built on Belief
At L&R Sports Agency, we are proud to have been part of the early journeys of athletes like C.J. Bah and Junior Ngoran. Their willingness to take risk, embrace change, and chase opportunity helped lay the groundwork for everything that followed.
Their stories represent more than basketball.
They represent courage.
They represent sacrifice.
They represent possibility.
And most importantly, they represent the message that continues to guide everything we do:
The dream is real — and it can be achieved.
A First-Year Milestone
We are also proud to officially recognize that the first year of this journey has been successfully completed by both C.J. Bah and Junior Ngoran. This milestone marks an important chapter in their development and in the early story of L&R Sports Agency.
This is a moment of appreciation, reflection, and congratulations for everything they have accomplished so far — and a reminder that this is only the beginning of what is still to come.
Nazirou Mouhamed Diop Commits to Canada Topflight Academy: A 6’11 Prospect Emerging from Senegal
The basketball world is starting to take serious notice of Nazirou Mouhamed Diop, a 6’11 rising senior from Thies, Senegal, whose commitment to Canada Topflight Academy is already generating conversations across scouting and development circles — made possible through L&R Sports Agency.
Born and raised in Thiès, Nazirou represents a growing wave of West African talent transitioning into structured international development pathways. His size, upside, and long-term potential have positioned him as an intriguing prospect with real developmental value at the next level.
This move to Canada Topflight Academy was facilitated through L&R Sports Agency, marking another step in the agency’s mission to identify, guide, and place African talent into high-level development environments.
Now heading to Ottawa, Nazirou will compete under the leadership of Tony House, who has already expressed strong belief in his potential and long-term projection as a developing frontcourt prospect. That confidence, paired with a structured development system, creates an important opportunity for growth.
At 6’11”, Nazirou brings immediate physical presence, but his focus will now shift toward refinement, consistency, and adapting to a more demanding competitive environment. Canada Topflight Academy’s reputation for player development makes it an ideal setting for his next stage.
As he begins this new chapter in Canada, expectations are building quietly but steadily. For Nazirou, this is not just a placement — it is a step into a pathway designed for long-term progression.
Through L&R Sports Agency, the goal remains clear: create real opportunities, place players in the right environments, and ensure they are positioned to succeed at the next level.
The journey has officially begun in Ottawa — and the next chapter is now in motion.
Nael Dosso: The Rise to Stardom
Nael Dosso’s journey is a true story of patience, loyalty, and continuous growth — a rise built step by step, without shortcuts.
From a young age, Nael has been part of Abidjan Basketball Academy, where he developed his foundation and steadily progressed through every level of the program. Growing up within the same system, learning the same principles, and developing year after year, he has become a clear example of what long-term development looks like when it is done correctly.
This season, Nael took a major step forward in his game and impact. Competing at a higher level with his team, he delivered consistent performances and showed real growth in confidence, leadership, and production. One of his most notable moments came in the Zone Finals against Africa Sports, where ABA secured a remarkable victory in a high-intensity matchup. In that game, Nael stood out for his energy, composure, and willingness to compete at the highest level when it mattered most.
The journey, however, was not without challenges. In the finals, ABA fell short against a strong opponent in JBC, but Nael’s effort never dropped. He played with heart until the final whistle, refusing to back down and showing the mentality of a player built for bigger stages.
Today, Nael officially joins the L&R Sports Agency family, marking a new chapter in his basketball journey. His progression from Abidjan through ABA to now entering a structured representation environment reflects both his talent and his commitment to growth.
Looking ahead, Nael is preparing for his next step in the United States at Huntington Expression Prep, where he will take on a post-graduate year focused on development, exposure, and access to next-level resources. This move represents a key transition point — from strong local development to the international stage.
At L&R Sports Agency, we are proud to have Nael Dosso on board. His journey is still in its early chapters, but the foundation is strong, the mentality is right, and the direction is clear.
The rise has already begun — and the next level is now in front of him.
Amadou bah’s breakout equinox tournament performance
Amadou Bah lit up the Equinox Tournament in Abidjan with an unforgettable performance that showcased not just his talent, but his leadership. With his agent, Rayan Cisse, present on the sidelines, Amadou injected electric energy into his squad at a critical moment. His team was trailing against a group of well‑respected players, yet Amadou refused to back down.
Displaying resilience and composure, he orchestrated the offense, delivered timely assists, and carried himself like a true point guard. One of the highlights of the day was his connection with the young Konate Ladji Adama—a standout on the Ivorian U16 team who has already caught the eye of Meta Africa Sports’ Famouke Doumbia. The chemistry between Amadou and Konate was undeniable, proving Amadou’s ability to elevate those around him and adapt alongside emerging talent.
After the game, Amadou was interviewed and reflected on his approach:
“For a point guard, the money time is most important. I know what to do—that’s exactly what I did: lead my team, keep giving the green light, and keep progressing while controlling the tempo of the game.”
Standing at 6'3, Amadou Bah continues to show strength, resilience, and leadership—qualities that prove he’s ready for even bigger challenges ahead.
